Refund policy

We strive to be accurate, however, if you find an issue with your order- such as an incorrect item or a flaw in the fabric, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@destinationfabrics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. We are also unable to offer returns on patterns due to copyright issues.


Exchanges 

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. 


Refunds 

If we are unable replace an item, we will be happy to offer a refund. In that case, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
